NSW Police arrest man over suspected homosexuality test

Police have arrested a man for allegedly testing positive for HIV.

Key points:The man has been charged with sexual activity with a person under the age of 16Police are still searching for the man’s girlfriend, 21, who was in the vehicle when the incident happenedPolice say the man is known to the victim and is not known to policeThe 21-year-old was in a vehicle with the 21-month-old child when they were stopped on Friday at an intersection in Penrith, NSWPolice said they received a report of a person in a car having sexual activity.

The man was arrested at the scene and will appear in court tomorrow.
